T&T
Construction
|
T&T Construction was
designed for a customer who was in a bit of a hurry to get
it posted. I created the template to provide visual information
on their business... metal buildings, using colors he and his
partner requested. A great deal of image manipulation to crop,
resize and compress for the web was done. Rollovers of the thumbnails
show enlarged versions for a closer look.
Martinez Renovations is a fairly recent
site established for a rural area renovations and remodeling company.
He wanted to showcase his work, but since most of his customer
base is still on dialup, his images needed to be small enough
to download, but he still wanted them to see larger pictures.
Thus the rollovers. Most of the work involved compressing and
resizing his pictures and then incorporating the colors from his
business card for continuity..

The Dentists
|
This flash driven site for
The Dentists was started by another but when he could not finish
the task he requested that I complete it. I finished out his draft
artwork, created the opening imagery, as requested by the customer,
and then used ActionScript to manage the page links and set it
up as a template. They then filled in all the information.
The MEEELJ Inc. site was initially designed by
another but reworked and set into a template after I had to update
every page to remove a single link. My task now is to keep it
updated with information provided by the Director.

"I love your work. It looks good!
Thanks Anne."

Smithville
Systems
|
This is the second site I've
done for this small town computer repair shop/ISP, Smithville
Systems .
They were ready for an updated look and since they have expanded
into another small town, their sister site is similarly set
up. I established a template to display the information and
used local information for the communities served. Since they
provide wireless internet, I included a little expanding circle
flash image upon page load for interest.
PaulThornBacon.com was established recently
for an aspiring actor to showcase his many looks and depth of
ability.

Smith Point
Guide Service
|
Smith Point Guide Service,
using several motivational images, was set up for a Galveston
area fishing guide. The images needed to be resized and compressed
with an occasional color enhancement. In addition to the overall
design I created the animated navigation buttons.
Woodside
Trails Wilderness Therapeutic Camp requested an informative
web site to explain its special rehabilitative group, family
and individual therapy for troubled adolescent boys. A
JavaScript navigation rollover describes the link to be followed
in a separate layer. Pictures were scanned
and adjusted and I wrote the content fully describing the service.

Work in Harmony at Home
|
The look of Work in Harmony
at Home was completely overhauled, as requested. I removed
many bloated images and annoying pop-ups placed by another service
provider. I placed additional links to other sites she manages
then adjusted and added the image she wanted on her choice of
background.
Affair Fantasy was established for a budding businessman based
on consolidating experience from several odd jobs: bartending,
singing, catering etc. Being a party animal this client decided
to combine them into a party business. It was difficult achieving
sufficient contrast, but it works, and so does he.
